Who we are

WSPR Real Estate is a division of WSPR Creative, operated by WSPR Media LLC, doing business as WSPR Creative, in New Jersey, United States. This notice explains how we handle information in connection with www.wsprrealestate.com and its ordering, account, delivery and support services.

Other WSPR services may have their own privacy notices. Our Terms of Service describe the terms for using this site and ordering work.

Information we collect

• Account and contact information: your name, email address, company, phone number, delivery email and communication preferences. If you sign in with Google, our authentication service receives the identity details needed to sign you in, such as your name, email address and account identifier.
• Orders and creative materials: listing photos, video and audio clips, logos, headshots, property details, filenames, links, selected upgrades, clip timings, design instructions, revision notes and reference images. Media can include people, voices and other personal information that you choose to submit.
• Payment and membership records: order totals, transaction identifiers, payment and refund status, and partner subscription status. Stripe handles payment information through its checkout. We do not store your full payment-card number or security code in our order database.
• Support and prior orders: messages you send us and historical order and delivery records transferred from our former Wix ordering service and fulfillment records.
• Technical information: hosting and security logs may contain IP addresses, browser/device information, requested pages, timestamps and error information. With your permission, Google Analytics collects information about visits to public pages, and Meta Pixel and Conversions API collect visit and purchase-related events for advertising measurement and audiences.

Provide only information needed for the work. Avoid including financial documents, access credentials or sensitive personal details in listing media or notes.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate accounts, prepare and deliver orders, process payments, apply eligible partner benefits, handle revisions, answer questions, maintain order history, prevent misuse and meet recordkeeping obligations.

Our editors may use image, video and AI-assisted production tools to carry out the work you order. Relevant source media and instructions may be processed by those tools; human editors direct and review the work. This is separate from optional website analytics.

We use optional marketing preferences to manage promotional communications. Service messages about a purchase, delivery, payment or security issue may still be sent when you opt out of marketing. Providing a phone number does not by itself enroll you in marketing texts.

Service providers and sharing

Information is made available to our authorized team and providers as needed for the services they perform. These include:

• Vercel and database infrastructure such as Neon for website hosting, stored records and technical operations; Supabase for account authentication.
• Stripe for payments and subscriptions.
• Google Drive, Vimeo and, for some historical deliveries, Dropbox for media storage, playback and delivery; Monday.com for production and revision coordination.
• Resend and Google Workspace for service emails and support.
• Media-processing providers, including fal and Runware where used by our editors, and the models or processing services made available through them.
• Google Analytics for optional measurement of public-site visits, and Meta for optional advertising measurement and audiences on Facebook and Instagram.

These services also handle information under their own terms and privacy notices. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable privacy requirements. This notice does not grant us permission to publish your private order media in our portfolio.

Accounts, delivery emails and older orders

WSPR Real Estate uses the authentication service also used by WSPR Photo. Account recognition does not automatically transfer subscriptions or paid benefits between the sites.

To make prior purchases available in your account, we may match historical Wix order records and fulfillment links to your verified purchase email. A changed delivery email controls where future delivery messages go; it does not change ownership of the account or automatically move orders from another account.

Use a delivery address you are authorized to receive work at. Delivery messages may contain order details and links that can be forwarded to others.

Cookies, browser storage and analytics

Essential cookies and browser storage support sign-in, security, preferences and the order builder. Draft selections and media may be saved in your browser so you can resume on that device. Clearing browser data can remove that local draft.

Google Analytics loads on public pages only after you allow Analytics in Cookie preferences. It is not used on account, admin, order-detail or authentication pages. Our configuration disables advertising personalization and does not intentionally send customer emails, uploaded media, order numbers or free-form order notes to Google Analytics. Hosting and essential service logs operate separately.

Select Cookie preferences at the bottom of a public page, including this page, to choose analytics and advertising separately, or select Essential only to decline both. Declining leaves ordering available; changing to decline stops our analytics collection and clears the site's Google Analytics cookies. Declining advertising stops our Meta event collection and clears the site's Meta cookies. You can also control cookies and local storage in your browser.

Meta Pixel loads only after you allow Advertising. It helps us measure Facebook and Instagram ad results and reach interested visitors. Meta may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser/device details, visited page URLs and cookie identifiers, plus events for public-page visits, checkout starts and confirmed purchases, including value, currency and a pseudonymous event reference. A purchase-confirmation URL can contain an order number. We do not send uploaded media, order notes or payment-card information as event parameters, and disable automatic event setup and automatic form matching in our site integration. We do not use the pixel for general account, admin or historical-order browsing. With advertising allowed when checkout starts, our server can also report a confirmed Stripe purchase even if you do not return to the site. This uses a shared event reference to avoid counting the same purchase twice, plus hashed email and account identifiers and permitted browser/cookie information to match the event. We retain permitted campaign and ad references for customer-value reporting. Withdrawing advertising permission stops pending server reports for that browser. Matching data is cleared after delivery or expiration; imported Wix purchases are not reported as new Meta events.

Analytics consent does not grant advertising consent. Your browser’s Global Privacy Control signal keeps Meta tracking off. Browser settings and ad blockers may also prevent tracking. See Meta’s Privacy Policy for its uses and privacy choices.

Embedded media and shared links

Playing a video or loading externally hosted media can connect your browser to its hosting provider, which may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Vimeo, YouTube, Google and other linked services have their own privacy practices. The Google Analytics choice does not control the separate services needed to play or deliver requested media.

Some delivery and storage URLs are accessible to anyone who has the link. An account-protected order page does not necessarily make every linked file private. Share links only with intended recipients, and contact us if access needs to be restricted.

Retention and security

We retain account, order and support information to provide order history, fulfill work, resolve disputes and meet accounting, tax, security and other legal obligations. Relevant factors include whether an account is active, whether an order or dispute is open, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Media, provider logs and backup copies can have different retention periods.

Contact us to request deletion or discuss a particular file. We may need to retain limited records for the purposes above, and removal from backups or providers may follow their retention processes. We do not promise permanent media hosting; keep your own copies of source files and completed work.

We use access controls and safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No online service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can update available profile, delivery-email and marketing settings in your account. You can decline analytics and advertising through the controls described above and unsubscribe from marketing messages using their instructions.

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your information, or to object to or restrict certain uses. Where consent is the basis for a use, you may withdraw it; that does not change the lawfulness of earlier use.

Send requests to support@wsprcreative.com. We may verify your identity and authority before responding, especially for order media or another person's records. We will handle applicable requests within the periods required by law and explain any permitted exception. If applicable law gives you an appeal right, you may appeal a decision through the same address. You may also contact your local privacy regulator. We will not penalize you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

International processing and children

Our business is based in the United States. Our team and providers may process information in the United States and other countries, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live. Applicable transfer requirements continue to apply.

This service is intended for adult business users, not children under 13. We do not knowingly invite children to create accounts or submit personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information through this site.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when services, practices or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required. Contact us if you need information about an earlier version.
