About these terms

These terms apply to www.wsprrealestate.com and orders placed through it. WSPR Real Estate is a division of WSPR Creative, operated by WSPR Media LLC, doing business as WSPR Creative, in New Jersey, United States. “We,” “us” and “our” refer to that business.

By placing an order or using an account, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. If you act for a photographer, agency, brokerage or other business, you confirm that you are authorized to do so. A separately agreed written project agreement controls where it expressly differs from these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

Services and your order

We create listing videos from customer-supplied photos and footage, with human editors directing the work. Services can include horizontal and vertical edits, selected visual upgrades, agent-speaking clips, branding, end cards and additional versions. Editors may use AI-assisted production tools as part of that process.

Your confirmed order describes the package, selected media, clip timings, upgrades and deliverables you are buying. Review it before payment. Selected footage and extra media can extend the finished edit beyond a package's base duration. A separately ordered vertical edit or additional version is included only when shown in your order.

Standard listing-video delivery is 4K as described on the order page. Our advertised turnaround is under 24 hours after payment and receipt of the complete, usable materials and instructions needed to begin. If an issue or delay affects your order, we will contact you. Custom work and revisions may have a separately communicated timeline.

Your materials and property accuracy

You retain your rights in the media and information you supply. You confirm that you have the permissions needed for us to edit and deliver them, including permissions relating to photography, footage, music, logos, likenesses and recorded voices. Do not submit unlawful material or confidential information that is not needed for the work.

You give us and our production providers permission to access, store, process, edit and deliver your materials for your order and related support. This permission does not give us blanket permission to publish your private order media in our portfolio.

Our aim is to preserve the property's recognizable details, with requested visual changes guided by your instructions. Review the final work before using it, especially property features, names, contact details, staging, seasons and extended imagery. Ask us to correct an unintended change. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing claims and for any disclosures or requirements of your MLS, brokerage, advertising platform or applicable law. Illustrative upgrades must not be presented as existing property features when that would be misleading.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless the checkout says otherwise. Your checkout total is based on the confirmed package, media selections, add-ons and eligible discounts, with any applicable tax shown before payment. Payment is due before production unless we agree otherwise in writing. Payments are processed through Stripe.

Short drone/property clips may replace included package photos under the rules shown in the builder. Other selected footage is priced per started time block for each clip; agent-speaking work also has the editing fee shown in your order. Trim and review footage before confirming the total.

Partner savings apply only to the eligible package, photo and True Vertical preparation charges described on the site. Footage, agent editing and visual upgrades remain full price. A discount does not apply to every item simply because the order is placed by a partner. Additional work outside a confirmed order will be quoted before it is charged.

Revisions and changes

Unlimited revisions are included for the original order and supplied photo set. Submit clear feedback through your order page or contact support so our editors can address it.

Replacing the entire photo set starts a new per-photo order. New deliverables, additional footage, a different format or other work outside the original order may require a new order or additional charge. We will explain any proposed charge before proceeding. Request a correction if an edit unintentionally changes the property or does not follow the approved instructions.

Cancellations and refunds

Contact support@wsprcreative.com promptly if you need to cancel. Cancellations are not eligible for a refund once editing has begun.

If you are unhappy with the work, request a refund within 24 hours after the first delivery. Include the order number and explain the issue so we can review your request. The cancellation rule above does not remove this separate dissatisfaction-refund policy.

Nothing in these terms limits a refund, remedy or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; the payment provider determines when the credit appears.

Partner subscriptions

The partner plan is an automatically renewing monthly subscription, separate from individual video orders. The recurring price, billing frequency and available benefits are shown before you subscribe. By completing subscription checkout, you authorize the recurring charges shown there until cancellation.

You can manage or cancel the new site's subscription from Partner membership and its billing portal, or contact support for help. Review the cancellation confirmation for the effective date and any remaining access. Canceling a subscription does not cancel an order already placed or automatically refund earlier charges.

A Wix subscription is separate and is not automatically canceled, moved or replaced when you create an account here. Contact us before switching if you need help coordinating renewal dates and avoiding overlapping charges. Changes to a plan's price or terms will be communicated before they apply where required.

Delivery and use of the finished work

Once your order is paid in full, you and the clients you are authorized to serve may use the delivered work for the property's marketing, including listing pages, social media and your photography or agency services. This is a non-exclusive license. Our underlying tools, templates and pre-existing materials remain ours; third-party material, including music, remains subject to its applicable license.

Tell us about uses beyond the agreed property marketing so we can confirm any additional rights needed. Source project files, editable templates and separate licenses to music or stock assets are not included unless agreed in writing.

Delivery is normally through your account and a media-hosting or download link. End cards ordered on their own may be delivered as an image through a Google Drive link. Keep your own copies of source files and completed work. We do not promise permanent hosting or availability of third-party links. Contact support if a delivery link no longer works.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep account and delivery details current, protect your sign-in credentials and report unauthorized access. A delivery address change does not transfer ownership of an account or its past orders. Historical purchases may appear after matching a verified email; contact us if something is missing or incorrectly associated.

Do not attempt to access another customer's orders, bypass security controls, disrupt the service, upload malicious files or infringe anyone's rights. We may restrict access or decline work where reasonably needed to address misuse, security, nonpayment or unlawful content. This does not remove rights or remedies required by law.

Service limitations and responsibility

We provide a creative production service. We do not guarantee a property sale, a particular marketing result, acceptance by a listing platform or uninterrupted availability of third-party hosting and services.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service, and our total liability for a claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law and do not exclude liability or statutory rights that cannot be excluded.

Applicable law, questions and updates

New Jersey law and applicable United States federal law govern these terms, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live. Disputes may be brought before the appropriate New Jersey courts, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Please contact us first so we have an opportunity to resolve an issue.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Updates apply prospectively and do not retroactively remove rights attached to an already accepted order; additional notice or agreement will be provided where required.
