Do I need to film the property?
No. We create your video from your listing photos, so you can add video to your photography packages without another property visit.
Is this made by people or AI?
Our human editors lead the process, shaping movement, pacing, branding, and the final edit. AI is a tool they use under their direction.
Do I need to prepare or rename my photos first?
Just start your order. Upload your photos directly, drag them into sequence, and choose upgrades on each photo. The new order page handles compression and shows your photo count and price as you go. No Drive or Dropbox link is required.
Can I include drone footage or the agent speaking?
Yes. Upload either alongside your photos and choose a clip type for each video. Use the visual trimmer to select the take you want. Each drone / property clip of 10 seconds or less can replace one included package photo at no extra cost: 9 photos + 1 short drone clip stay within a 10-photo package. Longer property clips, clips beyond the package allowance, and agent speaking cost $7 per started 10 seconds of the full selected footage, rounded separately for each clip. Per-photo orders use the same footage rate. Agent speaking adds a $25 editing fee once per order, even with an intro and outro. This covers cleaning up pauses, balancing speech with music, and matching the photos to the agent’s words. Partner savings apply to packages, photo charges and True Vertical prep. Footage, agent editing and visual upgrades stay full price.
How fast will I receive my video?
Our turnaround is under 24 hours. Your finished video is delivered in 4K.
What is the difference between basic and transition upgrades?
A basic upgrade is already applied when the shot begins. With a transition, the viewer sees the change happen—such as an empty room filling with furniture or summer turning into winter.
What is motion text?
Animated titles and callouts, written from the listing and designed over your film in one of four styles: Bauhaus, Editorial, Golden Hour or Glass. Text stays clear of Instagram’s buttons, ends on the address and leaves the agent’s end card as it is. You get the clean film too. It’s +$29 for up to 10 photos and clips, +$49 up to 20, +$69 up to 30, then $20 for every 10 more. Partner savings don’t apply; your first-video 30% off does.
Can I add motion text to a video I already have?
Yes, to a film we made for you or to any video you already have, up to 3 minutes. Choose Add motion text on a finished order, or upload your video. Films we made are priced by their photos and clips; your own videos by length: $29 up to 30 seconds, $49 up to 60, $69 up to 90, then $20 for every 30 seconds more. Same under-24-hour turnaround.
Can landscape photos become a vertical video?
Yes. True Vertical adds space above and below your photo: ceiling and floor indoors, sky and ground outdoors. Your photo keeps its full width in a 9:16 frame. This preparation adds $2 per landscape photo. Photos already shot 9:16 use the standard vertical price.
What if I need a revision?
Unlimited revisions are included. Replacing the entire photo set starts a new per-photo order.
